Terms of Use

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms apply to usd.org. By using the site you agree to them.

Who these terms are with

US Directory is operated by a company registered in Florida.

What US Directory is

US Directory is a directory of local service businesses. We describe businesses using public records and what each business publishes on its own website. US Directory gives information only. We do not perform the work, we do not refer jobs, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a business. A listing is not an endorsement.

Check before you hire

Records change. Every fact on US Directory shows its source and the date we checked it, but it can be out of date. Before you hire, check the license in the Florida DBPR license search and confirm details with the business. The decision to hire is yours.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not copy it at high volume with automated tools, do not bypass access controls, and do not use it to harass a business or a person. Reasonable research use is welcome.

Our content

The texts, scores, method descriptions and design of US Directory belong to the operator of US Directory. Facts from public records belong to no one, and we do not claim them. You may quote short passages with a link to the source page.

Business listings

A business can ask us to correct its listing (see Corrections). We change facts from a business website when the website changes. We do not change facts that come from a public record; the business can ask the agency to correct the record, and we update on our next check. No one can pay to change a score or a position.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on US Directory infringes your copyright, write to [email protected]. Include the work, the page where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

No warranty

US Directory is provided as is. We try to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or correct.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Florida law allows, the operator of US Directory is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of US Directory, or for the work or conduct of any business listed on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Changes

We update the date at the top when these terms change. Questions: [email protected].
