We want everyone to be able to use US Directory, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or zoom.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Pages are plain HTML without required scripts, with readable contrast and text that scales.
Before a page is published, we test it with automated accessibility checks (axe-core) in light and dark mode, and we test interactive parts with a keyboard. Automated checks do not catch everything, so reports from people matter to us.
If something on US Directory is hard to use, tell us at [email protected]. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We will reply and, where we can, fix it or give you the information another way.
