How to ask
Name the business and the page where you saw the listing.
Say what is wrong and what is correct.
Write from an email address at your business domain if you can. If not, tell us how we can confirm that you speak for the business.
We aim to reply within five business days.
What we change
Facts from your website (services, hours, prices, phone). If your website changed, we check it again and update the listing.
Contact details that are out of date.
A closed business. We mark it closed or remove the listing.
What we do not change on request
Facts from public records, such as license status or corporate filings. Ask the agency to correct the record. We update the listing on our next check of that record.
Scores and positions. They come from the published method. No one can pay to change them.
Personal information
If a listing shows personal information that is not needed to describe the business, such as a home address, ask us to remove it at [email protected].
